When my 2 feet hit the floor first thing in the morning, I start thinking about whose life can I impact positively that day.

As a kid, I played football. It was a very stressful time in my life because I did not know what I was doing for the first few years. But my father inspired me to come back and get better. As a result, it has carried over into my career and can serve people. How? I find that many people are lost on the process of buying or selling a home. My goal is to never have anyone be lost or afraid to ask about the process. Some of my clients are savvy and educated, but there are continuously changes and I want my clients to win and obtain what they want in real estate.

Today I enjoy tennis, soccer, weight lifting, and kickball. I also enjoy collecting wine, and recently I’ve begun learning the art of “mixology” – making traditional cocktails “more fun”.

My grandfather and uncle inspired me to gain my Bachelors in Economics, and minor in Computer Science. My grandfather was a successful entrepreneur and we were very close. And I watched my uncle grow a powerhouse organization in one of the world’s top technology companies.

How did I come into real estate over a decade ago?

After working with agents on a few of my homes, it saddened me to see a lack of service. It was my desire and mission to serve others while delivering a positive experience.

Before my real estate career, I built and managed business alliances between corporations, home and overseas. I analyzed supply and demand, and how to buy better with the best price. It was important to me that both sides “win”.

This has been a large asset to my real estate career and serving clients. I can analyze what is best for my client based on their wants and needs. From there invest in a home with the best price in a timely manner. You deserve the best on the sale of your home.

I hold memberships with Keller Williams’ International Luxury Homes Group, the Atlanta Board of Realtors” “Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club” and the International Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM) These network of agents are invaluable for my clients.

Due to some hard economic times in real estate, I decided to pursue being an accredited “Certified Distressed Property Expert” (CDPE) and a “Certified Foreign Investor Specialist” (CFIS). As a result, I’ve provided homeowners with alternative solutions to avoid foreclosure, represents buyers in the purchase of these distressed properties, and have attracted investors from outside the USA, aiding our local real estate economy.

Other fun facts about me are:

· My dream places to visit again are my favorites; Greece and Italy. I’m an avid European traveler.
· A mentor to others in real estate. It brings me so much joy to help others in the real estate business to grow and serve others. Learning to speak Italian.
